If you know for sure these can communicate with the computers including air bag computer look at the connector and see if you have a blue/yellow wire in terminal 1 of the data link connector as this looks to be the one to communicate with the air bag computer. If possible try another scan tool in case the ones you are using are not updated or capable of communicating with the air bag/restraint control module on this vehicle as there are some that only communicate with certain computers on these vehicles.I have run into this several times before.
